This version allows repeats. For a raffle without repeats, generate one at a time and skip duplicates, or use a list randomizer.
Is my data sent anywhere?

What is the maximum range?
Any integers your browser can handle. For very large ranges (e.g., 1 to 1 billion), results are still instant.
